Instead of worrying, Christians should have faith in God.

The fourth reason Christians shouldn’t worry is because worrying shows a lack of faith in God.

One of the negative consequences of worry is fear. We sometimes worry and become fearful when we are in a situation where we don’t know what is going to happen to us or our loved ones. (more…)

The third reason Christians shouldn’t worry is because God promised to supply all our needs. Philippians 4:19 (NASB) says, “And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”

One of the things that causes us to worry is when we are afraid our needs will not be met. Some examples of unmet needs that could make us worry are not having enough money to pay a bill and needing a job to support our family. (more…)
